Archival history/source of acquisition

Material covering 1938-1950 was donated in 1965 by Eva Rosenfeld, Honorary Secretary of the Ernest Jones Rehabilitation Fund (Accession 1965-001). It is not known if the later material was also deposited at this time or at a later date.

The collection was partially catalogued in the 1990s (ref. G11) but the entire collection was recatalogued in 2008; the arrangement of these papers reflects the system of files maintained by Eva Rosenfeld, although some additional work has been carried out to arrange the material chronologically and to organise loose items.
