  Hugh Brody

Hugh Brody is both an anthropologist and a film-maker. As well as Nineteen-Nineteen, his work includes documentary films for British and Canadian Television and the books Maps And Dreams, Means of Escape and The Other Side Of Eden. He has won numerous awards for his work, has been the recipient of several honorary degrees and is an Honorary Associate of the Scott Polar Research Institute at the University of Cambridge and of the School of Comparative Literature at the University of Toronto.
