Harriet Wrye, Past
President, Training and Supervising Psychoanalyst, Los Angeles Institute
and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies (LAISPS), authored The
Narration of Desire: Erotic Transferences and Countertransferences,
Analytic Press (1994) plus numerous articles and film reviews. She
chaired the IPA’s 1995 Los Angeles Post Congress on Film and
Psychoanalysis and guest edited with Diana Diamond Psychoanalytic
Inquiry’s special issue: Projections of Gender and Power on the
American Film Screen. |
